KPMG are reporting that with over 80% of bosses confident their business will grow in 2017 / 2018, the pressures of expansion on their current work force will likely result in most of these businesses expecting to hire temporary / interim staff to be able to cope with that growth.
With the likes of Brexit uncertainties also coupling this growth, the use of temporary workers has experienced an upward trend with business leaders finding value in temporary / interim hires to allow for more flexibility within their business – including flexibility in the fixed cost base.
Over 80% of bosses are confident that their business will grow in 2017 / 2018.
KPMG also state that with over 90% of the FD’s surveyed expecting to work with Interim Managers over the next 2 years, the importance of temporary staffing solutions has never been more prevalent.
