Gavin works across a number of operational areas including Finance, Strategy and Compliance at the same time as doubling up as a recruiter, often working across senior-level roles within Qualified Finance, Financial Services and Chartered Practice.

Gavin has over 18 years of experience working in recruitment, including 6 years working in a national recruiter before joining Karen at RSNW back in 2007.  

Gavin’s passions include Rugby League and he is a supporter of Wigan Warriors, Rochdale Hornets and the local community club, Rochdale Mayfield, where he played and coached (including one of the junior teams) for many years.

Very much someone who enjoys building relationships for the long term, Gavin has a passion for finding the right job for the right person and enjoys nothing more than seeing a candidate who he placed previously eventually come back as a client.

He believes that a good holiday is essential for everyone and that spending and making time for family is more important than anything.
