With our Client we are looking to appoint a Credit Control – Account Associate to join our Clients business initially on a 12 months FTC – this will be reviewed to permanent.
Personality is just as important to our Client as skill set…. we need robust and self motivated characters who can build and maintain long lasting and honest relationships with their Clients / Accounts Portfolio.
To be suited to this role you will need to have previous Collections / Credit Control experience – you should be able to work as part of a team or as an individual
You will need work want to work in a large / loud and often chaotic team and work environment – in return our Client offers a generous salary and comprehensive benefits package including 25 days holiday and a host of other benefits including gym membership / retail offers etc.
On a day to day basis your role will be to work on your own Ledger / Clients to proactively reduce Debtors Balance – you will do this by Telephone / Letter and Email.
You will work proactively with Clients to resolve issues that are preventing Payment – this will include Copy Invoices / Statements etc.
