  • Works within a team of 5 within back office Accounts / Admin – reports to the Finance Manager and Credit Manager (based off site in Scotland)
  • Daily manages own Debt ledger to the value of £1million – all in Sterling currency – works from the Opera accounts system
  • Works to reduce both Aged and Current debt – targeted to keep Aged debt to below 60 days

  • Handles and resolves all Customer queries – is first point of contact for all Credit Control queries
  • Accurately maintains and updates the Customer database
  • Assists with Month End close down – produces Debtor report of Aged debt over 60 days and any debts over £5000 – provides full commentary on anything flagged
  • Ensures all Cash receipts are accurately posted to correct Ledgers
  • Processes Sales Ledger invoices – up to 50 per day with values up to £30,000
  • Daily use of Microsoft Excel and Word
