With the Lockdown measures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic in the early stages of being reduced, the operations of the UK’s business communities affected by those measures are showing the green shoots of beginning to return to normality.
Workforces are beginning preparations to mobilise as workplaces install safety measures to keep workers safe during this time, and with that in mind it’s a good time to reiterate our commitment to our candidates and our clients of safe, remote recruiting during COVID-19.
What this means until further notice is all of the candidate meetings between all Recruitment Solutions team members and our candidates are being held over either Microsoft Teams or Zoom, ensuring that the safety of our staff and our candidates remains paramount.

All you need to attend the meeting is either a mobile phone, tablet (such as an iPad) or a laptop. Again, we provide the links you’ll need from that device.
Concerns around staying healthy during the Coronavirus pandemic are naturally paramount. Social interaction outside of a written email or faceless phone call is still vital though and using technology to ‘meet’ allows your consultant and you to actually get to know each other and build a successful working relationship.
