Rochdale Business Awards November 2011 – the inaugural Business Awards dinner was held at the Town Hall in November – the event was to recognise the achievements of Rochdale Companies and Entrepreneurs.
The glittering gala dinner and awards ceremony took place at Rochdale Town Hall and saw the finalists and winners in the eight categories recognised and rewarded for being the best in their field in Rochdale Borough.
Recruitment Solutions were one of three finalists in their category – the team were delighted that the continued success of the business was recognised.
Looking to 2012 – as a business we know we can never afford to be complacent and that our success is based on constant planning ahead and consistent delivery of a top quality service to both Clients and Candidates.

We insist upon proper management of the candidate process. We never want to be criticised for simply sending cvs to our clients and asking them to do the job for us. Therefore the following always applies to all of our candidates:
- Initial telephone consultation to a strict pro forma
- Management of the candidate’s expectations in the market place
- Honesty if we believe what the candidate wants we cannot provide
- Subsequent advice on where else to look
- Informative briefings on vacancies
- Asking permission before we send the cv
- Face to face preparation for interviews
- Help and guidance through to offer, start and end of probation
Anything less just wouldn’t be ethical and wouldn’t help clients or candidates.
