Established for over 14 years Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd is an independent business that has built its market position and reputation based on providing traditional / honest and long lasting appointments to both Clients and Candidates.
With an extensive database of Clients based in Manchester City Centre and the Lancashire towns – these Clients range from FTSE 100 Companies through to Ltd Companies and SME’s.
Due to the continued growth of the business we are now looking to appoint either a Trainee Recruitment Resource Consultant or someone with more experience who is perhaps looking to work closer to home.
As as business with recruit on a Temporary / Permanent and Contract basis across Finance and Accounts / Supply Chain and Logistics / Customer Service and Back Office Support.
We are looking for individuals who are capable of;
Those already in recruitment will know that no two days are the same and that you need to be a character who believes in forward planning whilst at the sametime being someone capable of changing plans at any moment!
You will be part of a highly successful / hard working and passionate team.
You will work autonomously and be asked to make your own decision and back your own judgement- whilst at the same time having the team to bounce off!
Our starting salaries are in line with current experience. We believe in the power of the team and pay team commission alongside individual commission based on performance.
We also offer 22 days holiday rising with service – bank holidays are additional. Quarterly team drinks / Birthday Lunch / Snacks and Fresh Fruit daily and much more.
