Job Title; Sales Administration / Reception

Our Client has a newly created role due to the continued success of the business.
Reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with Internal and External teams including Finance / Supply / Sales and Administration this is a role for a confident and competent communicator. You should be well presented as you will be required to meet and greet visitors to the business, you should also have a strong and professional telephone manner as you will act as the first point of contact for calls into the Business.
Your role will be a mix of Reception duties and also Sales Administration – you will need to be able to plan and prioritize your own workload and day and be prepared to change these plans to fit with the needs of the business. The Sales Administration element of the role will require a high level of attention to detail and accuracy – you will need to be able to spot potential errors and take the relevant course of action to prevent the errors occurring.
Finally our Client has a large presence in Europe and China – they would be interested in the following languages skills – Chinese – Mandarin / Dutch – Flemish / Italian or German.
Our Client will offer full training into this role.
