Permanent and Contract Recruitment:
On being requested to assist with a clients recruitment the team at RSNW would ideally like to meet with the relevant managers to discuss the job and person specification. During that meeting the consultants would be then be able to recommend the best way to recruit whether that be :

The right solution is often a combination of the above.
Temporary Recruitment
RSNW recognise that temporary staff are a key resource meaning that RSNW applies the same high standards to recruiting a temporary member of staff as they do the permanent.
Again ideally and with time permitting RSNW would like to have an initial meeting with a client to fully understand their requirements. Upon being asked to supply a member of staff we would provide the following:

Pre-screened candidates via an extensive interview process

All candidates will be fully referenced checked

All candidates will have eligibility to work in the UK verified.
