Salary: £15,000 – 17,000 plus commission and benefits

Recruitment Solutions (North West) Ltd was set up in 2004 and is an independent consultancy specializing in the recruitment of Finance, Accounting and Administration staff.

Due to the continued success of the company we need to recruit a consultant to join an existing team - the role will involve the following;

- Managing your own portfolio of clients based in and around the Lancashire town and Manchester

- Recruiting for an existing portfolio of Commerce and Industry clients both on a temporary and permanent basis

- Cold calling new clients - advising them of the service that we provide and the type of candidate we place. This will include meeting clients on a face to face basis.

- Preparing adverts to attract new candidates

- Interviewing and meeting new candidates - taking references

- Preparing mailshots

This is a varied role that would suit someone with the following skills;

- Out going and confident team player

- Someone with previous experience within a sales environment

- Able to meet sales targets and deadlines

- Someone who is able to multi task and be able to meet challenges
