Recruitment Solutions is an Independent Finance and Administration recruitment consultancy - established in 2004 the company has gone from strengthen to strengthen - hence the need to recruit to strengthen the team.
Working in a team of 6 people this will be a varied and exciting role that will offer training and progression to become a Senior Recruitment Consultant the role will include;
- Extensive telephone contact with candidates and clients
- Maintaining an accurate database at all times
- Extensive administration including investigating and calling new companies
- Working with consultants to prepare short lists for temporary and permanent roles
- Assisting with interviewing candidates and taking interview feedback.
The role is not exhaustive and the role will certainly offer lots of variety!

The role pays a basic salary, individual commission and team bonus. We also offer a generous holiday package.
