Description:
Based in the Centre of Manchester within waling distance of either Victoria or Piccadilly train stations or with access of several local bus routes our client is a prestigious and blue chip group who due to the continued success of the business is now looking to expand their Sales / Client Administration department.
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance and working as part of a team the role would suit the following type of candidate;
- someone who will thrive in a busy and pressurised office
- an individual who understands the importance of attention to detail
- someone who is capable of organising and prioritising their own work load
- be someone who has an outgoing personality and who will enjoy working as part of a team
The role will include;
- daily liaison with clients re a wide range of issues related to their account
- ensure that client loans are managed within company policy and that re payments are made in line with original agreement
- prepare monthly client reconciliations - working to deadlines
- reconcile clients sales and creditors ledgers again within monthly deadlines
- preparation of client reviews for use by senior managers.
