Working as a Purchase Ledger Administrator - you will be based within the Finance team and will report to a Senior AP Administrator. The purpose of the role will be to cover all aspects of the Purchase Ledger function - more specifically this includes;

- Logging, coding and processing of invoices

- responsible for ensuring that payment deadlines are met.

- Daily opening and distributing post

- Preparation of Statement Reconciliations for all major suppliers

- Liaising with Suppliers by post, email and telephone

- Raising of ad hoc manual cheque payments

- Production and distribution of Supplier remittance advices

- Under take ad hoc tasks as required.

To successfully apply for this role you will need the following;

- Previous experience of Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger

- Used to working in a high volume environment

- Be computer literate

- Be able to process and present numerical information

- Have good communication skills and a sense of humour

- Be able to work as and enjoy working as part of a team.
