Salary: £16,000 - £16,500 per annum, inc benefits

Our client is a professional Group of Companies who has been established in the market place for over 17 years. In response to an increase in the need for consultants to assist and advise on Personal Debt Management we are now assisting our client with their recruitment needs.

Education to at least of GCSE Maths and English and with a minimum of 12 months previous experience within Credit Control / Debt Management the role will include the following;

- Responsible for the day to day collection and management of overdue accounts by telephone and letter

- Work individually and as part of a team to reduce the overall debtor days

- To work closely with the Credit Control Director to deal with and resolve issues that are preventing payment

- To attend and contribute to team meetings

This role will suit someone with the following skills;

- Strong telephone manner and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide of clients

- Effective adminstration skills - the ability to manage a computerised diary and call follow up system

- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team but who is also able to take responsibility for their targets and deadlines.
