Our client is a well respected and well know Manufacturer and Supplier of an award winning range of household and children's products.
Our client is within easy reach of the M62, Train and Bus links. Due to internal moves they are now in a position where they are looking to appoint an experienced Credit Controller to take control of the Credit / Debt Management aspect of the business.
The role will be as follows;
- Reports to the Finance Director - taking sole responsibility for all aspects of Credit Control
- Dealing with and building relationships with Suppliers and Retailers
- Resolving queries relating to delivery issues and potential queries that are preventing payment
- Maintaining accurate Aged Debt Listing and Customer Records
- Setting up and Credit assessing new accounts - agreeing Credit Limits
To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills;
- a min of 2 -3 years previous experience within a Credit Control environment preferably within the retail sector
- experience of dealing with major high street retailers - dealing with and resolving queries
- be able to provide a high degree of Customer Service at all times.
