Our client is a centrally placed Business Centre; the building is state of the art and current tenants high profile. Their current requirement is for a part time Receptionist/Administrator to work each weekday afternoon.
Responsibilities for the role will include:
- welcoming and hospitality for visitors
- taking telephone calls and redirecting callers
- sorting and distributing incoming post
- maintenance of the reception area
- support to the Centre Manager
Candidates should possess good communication and customer service skills, take a flexible approach to responsibilities and enjoy working on the computer.
