Description: Our client is a well respected major player within the Financial Services Sector. With a reputation spanning over 20 years this is a professional body who is now looking to recruit professional Help Desk Advisors.
The role will be to deal with Customers who are having either short term or long term financial difficulties - eg illness, death in family etc.
A key element of the role will be your ability to maintain both client and customer relationships - you will do this by showing compassion and empathy whilst achieving company objectives.
Other aspects of your role will include;
- giving advice and making arrangements for customers to be able to pay off debts
- prepare letters in response to queries
- complete income and expenditure reviews for customers (full training is given)
- working as part of a team
