Description:
Due to the growth of our client and also the issues relating to Personal Debt Management - our client is looking to recruit a number of positions whilst continuing to increase market share.
We are looking to appoint people who are capable of working at a Senior Level - and therefore able to make their own decisions and take day to day responsibility for the management of individual cases.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Day to day collection of overdue accounts by telephone and letter
- Working as part of a team responsible for the reduction of overall delinquency
- Working with the Credit Control Director to review and action sensitive issues and potential risks for the company
As an individual you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
- Articulate and confident communication skills
- Strong written skills - ability to draft own letters and reports
- Ability to work as part of a team
