Description:
Our client is a major retail distributor with two large contact offices in the Lancashire area. They have a high domestic profile across a range of products and although demands are seasonally led they are currently looking for an individual to join the call centre team in Accrington on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities include:
- managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls
- taking orders over the telephone and processing on the system
- resolving customer queries and, if necessary channelling these within the organisation
- input on to the company database
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, enjoy working with people on the telephone, be determined to follow up with good administration and enjoy working in a team atmosphere.
There is an element of shift working involved.
