The responsibilities will include:

- banking cheques related to membership fees
- opening and sorting all incoming post for the directorate
- sending out remittance advice notes, cheques and other correspondence
- maintenance of the office filing systems
- input on to the financial database 
- support to the team and general administration

Candidates should have strong IT skills, ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues, and take a flexible approach to work.
